Core Stability

This is a dynamic core class, taking influence from difference disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, Calisthenics and traditional exercise all designed to increase core strength, aesthetics and promotes body awareness.

Abs and Core

Do you want to work on that 6 pack? If you only have 15 minutes or the full 30 minutes to dedicate to your washboard abs.
A mix of traditional exercises and some less known ones; fast, fun and give you results that you want


Boxercise uses boxing equipment and principles to give you the ultimate full body workout. Relieve stress and punch your troubles away!

Boot Camp
